Tomoatsu Naoe leads an ordinary life working as a massage therapist, but this changes when he encounters a peculiar client named Erufuda. During her visit, Naoe discovers her secret: she is actually an elf! After leaving her world, Erufuda fell in love with junk food and now cannot return home because of her weight gain. Naoe decides to help the elf with dieting so that she can eventually go back to her world. Although Erufuda puts in the work and reaches her goal, it does not take long for Naoe to stumble upon her again—and she has regained the lost pounds. As Naoe continues to give her advice, the two begin encountering other people from another world, all with the same desire to lose weight.

On a rainy afternoon, a male high school student awakens freezing on the streets with no memory of how he got there. The school festival is here, and Inukai has finally gotten a break from working at her class' dog cafe. She takes this opportunity to bring Pochita on a date, but the two immediately run into Inukai's self-proclaimed rival for Pochita's affection, Usagi Tsukishiro, who insists on tagging along. Their tour of the festival attractions soon brings them to a haunted house. When the horrors inside prove too much for both Inukai and Tsukishiro to handle, it is up to Pochita to calm the girls down.

Kouzou Yukawa is a passionate hot springs enthusiast—a hot springs hunter who was able to sniff out the source of springs. One day, while searching for a hidden hot spring to revitalize a town, he slips off a cliff and dies. He is then reincarnated into another world by an Inari deity of a small shrine hidden in the rocks. Kouzou is joined by Inari's messenger princess, Mayudama.
